The quality holds up, the compression is consistent, and it actually shapes your midsection instead of just squeezing it. I’m happy to say I’m officially in a small now and can probably slide into an XS soon and I truly believe their products have played a huge role in helping me maintain that control through heavy lifting, posing prep, and conditioning phases.

I originally bought an XL and about 3 months later I’m now in a Large which I’m already on the 2nd hook so I feel like I might be purchasing a medium soon! I have tried about 20 different trainers over the years and this is by far the most comfortable. I wear it at least 12 hrs a day. Also the Customer service is superb! I accidentally clicked “buy” instead of “add discount” when I purchased my 2nd trainer. I contacted customer service and they actually gave me a refund for the amount of the discount! You can’t go wrong with this company!

I can already tell a difference in my waist. It really does work. I use it when I work out every time.

This does help one attain desired goals but it takes more than this to get you competitive, it takes diet and training as well. This is not a miracle in a dispenser by any means..
